Starting an Audit with Existing Control Data

Introduction

A User can create an audit and upload a CSV file containing existing ‘Compliance’, and ‘Notes’ data for existing Controls.

Step-By-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the “Audits” menu.

  2. Click the “Create” button

  3. Select a Control Framework

  4. Input a name for the Audit

  5. Click the ‘Add CSV Data’ button

    6. Click ‘Create Table’

  6. Click the ‘Create Table’ button

  7. Copy + Paste Control Information into the Table

    1. Note: ‘statementNumber’ field MUST match statementNumbers of existing Controls, this will not create new controls during this process

  8. Click the ‘Upload CSV’ button (must be done before hitting Submit)

  9. Click the ‘Submit’ button

  10. The Audit should now be populated with existing ‘isCompliant’ and ‘notes’ data
