Create a Role

Introduction

Roles can be created with a Role Template or from scratch with a Role Type selected as a baseline.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the “Role Management” page under Organization Details.

  2. Click the “Create new Item” button at the top right of the Role list.

  3. Input a name for the new Role.

  4. Include an optional description.

  5. Decide which Role Type to use as a baseline

    1. Role Types give an idea of what privileged permissions a Role may have.

  6. Click the “Submit” button.
