Role Types

Introduction

Role Types serve as a baseline for newly created roles. They have preset permissions that roughly correspond to what a user with that role would need. There are three main types.

Types

  • Manager - Has full access to everything in the org, can create / edit roles and user accounts. Automatically gets updated with new feature permissions. Can receive 'Access Requests' from other role types

  • Supervisor - Does not have access to create / edit roles. But can create user accounts and can select any Role that is 'Supervisor' or below

  • Standard - Cannot have access to Roles or User account information
