Generate a Report for an Evidence Upload

Introduction

At the Evidence Landing page, you may generate a Report on the fly and choose it for your Evidence Upload.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to Evidence Landing Page

  2. Select the ‘Report’ option from the dropdown at the top right

  3. Select an existing Report OR click on the ‘Create new Item’ button. This opens the Report Generator.

  4. In the ‘Create a Document’ menu, choose the type of Report to generate

  5. After the Report generates, make any necessary adjustments

  6. In the ‘Save As’ menu, select ‘Save as Report’

  7. Update the Name, Description, Module, and Report Type fields

  8. Click ‘Save Report’

  9. Wait for the report to finish uploading

  10. Closeout of the Report generator

  11. Refresh the ‘Select a Report’ list using File > Refresh Data

  12. Select your newly generated Report

  13. Press Submit
