Assign Reviewers to a Policy Version

Introduction

A User can assign Point of Contacts to review a Version of a Policy. They will receive an email with a landing page link that allows them to review the document.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the “Policies” menu

  2. Open the details of a Policy

  3. In the Policy window, select the target version from the “Versions” dropdown menu

  4. Click the “Acknowledgments” button

  5. Assign desired Point(s) of Contact by clicking the “Select” button
