Assign Reviewers to a Policy Version
Introduction
A User can assign Point of Contacts to review a Version of a Policy. They will receive an email with a landing page link that allows them to review the document.
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the “Policies” menu
Open the details of a Policy
In the Policy window, select the target version from the “Versions” dropdown menu
Click the “Acknowledgments” button
Assign desired Point(s) of Contact by clicking the “Select” button
