Approve a Policy Version
Introduction
A User may ‘Approve’ a Policy Version.
This sets the Status to APPROVED.
This also sets previously APPROVED versions to OLD.
The most current APPROVED version is the default version.
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the “Policies” page
Open the details for a Policy
In the upper right corner, click on the “Versions” button
In the dropdown, click on any of the Yellow DRAFT Policy Versions
With a DRAFT selected, click on the red “Approve Policy Version” button
In the “Approved By” field, type in the name of whoever approved this.
Set the Approval Date (defaults to the current date)
Click the “Submit” button
