Creating A Risk Control Template
Introduction
Create a template to reduce the time and steps required when creating a Risk Control.
Operation Team Templates
Operation Team users may create Risk Control Templates that are unique and private to their team. Users outside of that Operation Team are not able to access the templates created in that team’s Operation Panel. Risk Control Templates may only be created through the details page of a Risk Control Category.
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the Operation Panel
Open the ‘Templates’ page
Click on the ‘Risk’ tab
Click on ‘Control Categories’
The user may create or select a Control Category to use when creating a Risk Control
Once the user has opened the Control Categories details page, click on the ‘Sub-Controls’ accordion
Click ‘Create’ on the top of the grid
Fill in the required steps on the form
Click ‘Submit’
The Risk Control will now appear under the ‘Risk Controls’ accordion on the Operations Panel
Global Templates
Global Risk Control Templates may be accessed by any user on the Rivial platform. These templates are primarily created and managed by Rivial administrators.
Risk Controls may only be created through the details page of a Risk Control Category
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the Administrator Panel
Open the ‘Global Templates’ page
Click on the ‘Risk’ tab
Click on ‘Control Categories’
The user may create or select a Control Category to use when creating a Risk Control
Once the user has opened the Control Categories details page, click on the ‘Sub-Controls’ accordion
Click ‘Create’ on the top of the grid
Fill in the required steps on the form
Click ‘Submit’
The Risk Control will now appear under the ‘Risk Controls’ accordion on the Global Templates page.
