Creating A Risk Control Category Template

Introduction

Create a template to reduce the time and steps required when creating a Control Category.

Operation Team Templates

Operation Team members may create Control Category Templates that are unique and private to their Operation Team. These templates are not accessible to any users outside of the Operation Team.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to the Operation Panel

2. Open the ‘Templates’ page

3. Click on ‘Risk’

4. Click on ‘Control Categories'

5. On the top of the grid, click the ‘Create’ button

6. Fill in the required information on the form

7. Click ‘Submit’

Global Templates

Global Control Category Templates may be accessed by any user on the Rivial platform. These templates are primarily created and managed by Rivial administrators.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to the Administrator Panel

2. Open the ‘Global Templates’ page

3. Click on the ‘Risk’ tab

4. Click on ‘Control Categories’

5. On the top of the grid, click the ‘Create’ button

6. Fill in the required information on the form

7. Click ‘Submit’
