Generating A Phishing Report

Introduction

Use a phishing report to view a breakdown of important data on a specific phishing test.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to the Tools module

2. Under the Tools module, open the ‘KnowBe4’ page

3. Click on the ‘Phishing’ tab

4. Open the details page of the phishing test that the report is focused on

5. On the top right of the page, click on ‘Generate Report’

6. Confirm the phishing test ID number, then click ‘Submit’ on the pop-up.
