The general information page is where all of the information regarding the incident is stored. This includes the detailed description of the incident.
Status
The status of the incident is the current standing. Meaning that the incident is still open or closed.
What Happened?
This is the description of the incident itself, meaning the breakdown of the incident explaining what happened in a detailed paragraph.
Who’s Involved?
This is a list of people that may be involved in the incident. This includes anybody that may have been the cause of the incident, the people that will be responsible for assessing and resolving the incident, and any other affiliates.
When?
This is the time of the incident's occurrence.
Where?
‘Where’ is the location of the incident that occurred.
Why?
‘Why’ is the back end of the incident, the cause, the reasoning, etc.
Notes
The notes are used to log any user comments on the issue or other important information that may not be included in the six categories listed above.
