Creating An Operation Team User

Introduction

Create Operation Team users accounts to give any desired users access to the Operations Panel.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Administrator Panel

  2. Open the Operation Teams page

  3. Open the desired Organizations details page

  4. Click on the ‘User’ accordion

  5. Click ‘Create’

  6. Enter in the user's credentials and password

  7. Ensure that there is a “+” in front of the user’s phone number

  8. Click ‘Submit’

  9. The user will now receive an email with their credentials and login information
