Creating An Information System Template
Introduction
Create an Information System Template to reduce the number of steps involved with creating an Information System on the Rivial platform.
Operation Team Information System Template
An Operation Team member may create an Information System Template that is private to their team. Templates that are created in the Operation panel are not accessible to users outside of that Operation Team on the Rivial platform.
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the Operation Panel
Open the Templates page
Click on the ‘Risk’ tab
Click ‘Information Systems’
On the top of the grid, click on ‘Create’
Fill in the required information into the pop-up modal
When finished, click ‘Submit’
Global Information System Templates
Global Information System templates are accessible to users with administrative access. These templates may be used in any organization on the Rivial platform.
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the Administrator Panel
Open the Global Templates page
Click on the ‘Risk’ tab
Click on ‘Information Systems’
On the top of the grid, click ‘Create’
Fill in the required information into the pop-up modal
When finished, click ‘Submit’
