Creating An Information Asset Template
Introduction
Create an Information Asset Template to simplify the process of creating multiple Information Assets at one time.
Operation Team Information Asset Templates
An Operation Team member may create private templates that are only accessible by the Operation Team. Users outside of that team do not have access to the Operation Team’s templates.
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the Operation Panel
Open the Templates page
Click on the ‘Risk’ tab
Click on ‘Information Assets’
On the top of the grid, click ‘Create’
Fill in the required information for the form
When finished, click ‘Submit’
Global Information Asset Templates
Any user with administrative access may access global templates. The global templates are primarily managed by Rivial administrators.
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the Administrator Panel
Open the Global Templates page
Click on the ‘Risk’ tab
Click on ‘Information Assets'
On the top of the grid, click ‘Create’
Fill in the required information on the form
When finished, click ‘Submit’
