Creating A New Incident

Introduction

Reporting an incident will help ensure that an issue is assessed and resolved.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Incident Response Incident module

  2. Click on the plus sign on the top right of the grid

  3. Describe the incident under ‘What Happened?’

  4. Confirm the date of the incident

  5. Assign a classification tier to the incident

  6. Select the detection type

  7. Click ‘Submit’.
