Create a Compliance Control Template to reduce a number of steps from creating multiple Controls at one time.
Operation Team Compliance Control Templates
Operation Team users may create Compliance Control Templates through the Operation Panel, insuring that the templates are unique and private to the Operation Team. Rivial users outside of the Operation Team are unable to access templates created by an Operation Team through the Operation Panel.
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the Operation Panel
Open the ‘Templates’ page
Click on ‘Compliance’
Click on ‘Controls’
On the top of the grid, click ‘Create’
Fill in the required information on the form
When finished, click ‘Submit’.
Global Compliance Control Templates
Users with administrative access may create and use Global Compliance Control templates across the Rivial platform. These templates are primarily used and managed by Rivial administrators.

Navigate to the Administrator Panel
Open the ‘Global Templates’ page
Click on ‘Compliance’
Click on ‘Controls’
On the top of the grid, click ‘Create’
Fill in the required information on the form
When finished, click ‘Submit’.
