Configuring Response Teams

Introduction

Response teams are a group of people that are involved in an exercise, these people are responsible for carring out that exersise to resolve any potential incidents.

Configuring ‘Response Teams’ In Exercise Details

1. Navigate to the Incident Response Exercise module

2. Click on or create the exercise that is going to be updated

3. Under the details page, click on ‘Response Teams’

Creating A New Response Team

1. On the top right of the ‘Response Teams’ grid

2. Click on the plus sign symbol

3. Click on or add the response team(s) that is going to used

4. After selecting the teams, click the leftward facing arrow

5. Click ‘Submit’

Deleting A Response Team

1. Find the Response Team(s) that is going to be removed

2. Right-click on the line of the team

3. Click ‘Delete’

4. Click ‘OK’ when the confirmation comes up
