Bulk Editing Tags

Add or Remove Tags from multiple Resources at the same time

If you have the same Tag selected in the ‘Tags to Add' and 'Tags to Remove' section, the function will Remove the Tag from existing Resources and won't Re-add the same Tag if it was just removed. Likewise, the function will Add the Tag to resources that didn’t have the Tag originally, and will not proceed to remove a Tag that was just added.

1. Navigate to a Data Grid that contains a ‘Tags’ column.

2. Press the [Select] button in the Data Grid Toolbar. Checkboxes will appear next to each row.

3. Select one or more rows in the Data Grid.

4. Press on the [Edit] button that appears in the Data Grid Toolbar. The ‘Bulk Edit Items’ window will appear.

5. Select the ‘Tags’ field from the dropdown menu. The ‘Tags to Add’ and ‘Tags to Remove’ sections will appear.

Tags to Add

1. Press anywhere in the space that says ‘No Tags’. This will display the Tag Selection popup.

2. Select an existing Tag to be added, or create a new Tag.

Tags to Remove

1. Press anywhere in the space that says ‘No Tags’. This will display the Tag Selection popup.

2. Select an existing Tag to be removed.

Preview Updated Tags

1. A prompt will ask you to confirm the operation. You may preview the data beforehand.

2. Press on the ‘Preview Data' button.

3. For each selected resource, the last column displays the updated List of Tags.

4. Confirm your selection, and press the [Yes] button.
