Adjust Incident Classification Tiers

Introduction

A user can add or edit Classification Tiers to an Organization’s Incident Response Plan.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the “Plan” menu

  2. Select the “Escalation” tab

  3. To edit a Classification Tier

    1. Click the pencil button on the tier that is to be edited

    2. Make the desired edits

    3. Click the “Submit” button

  4. To add a Classification Tier

    1. Click the “Create new Classification Tier” button

    2. Input the required details

    3. Click the “Submit” button
